Membership

There’s a rhythm that fits your family.

Let’s cover some details shall we?

Who is included in the Membership?
As a family club, your membership includes 2 adults, 1 child and 1 caretaker. VIP & ALL ACCESS plans include a 2nd child. If you have 3 or more children, or wish to add more adults to your membership, or have other special circumstances, please let us know so we can try to accommodate.

Hours of Operation for the Clubhouse & Open Play
Tuesday–Friday, 9:30am–5:00pm. Saturday, 9am–5:00pm. Sunday is reserved for private events and birthday parties and not open for general member use. We're closed Mondays. Hours are subject to change — we'll always give you notice if something shifts.

Saturday Morning Socials
We joyfully entertain our members with age appropriate, themed, best in class events. Some Saturday mornings are therefore ticketed events — a live music festival, a mermaid playdate, or a foam party to name a few. Members get an early booking window for themselves and any guests they'd like to invite. Once that window closes, remaining tickets open up to the public if space allows.

How do Class Reservations work?
Classes are led by trained, professional teachers and must be reserved ahead of time as class capacity is limited by design. Recurring bookings for the same class each week are encouraged if that’s your rhythm. Each credit covers 1 adult and 1 child in the class. Most members settle into a "1 per week" or "2 per week" rhythm, but credits can be used anytime during your billing period. Unused credits don't roll over and don't carry cash value. We provide an App and website for self-serve booking, or a member of our staff can help you as needed. Additional credits are available for purchase.

What's included with Open Play?
Open Play is unlimited for members — no reservation needed, just drop in. It includes a rotating mix of physical play spaces, toys, games, crafts, and activities. It's the easiest way to catch up with other parents while your kids play nearby. Club Joyful staff may facilitate or supervise, but a legal guardian needs to be on property at all times — we are not a drop-off facility.

How does billing and cancellation work?
Dues are billed on a 4-week cycle to a credit card that remains encrypted and on file. You can cancel anytime with 30 days advanced written notice; your membership will end at the close of the billing cycle, no partial-month refunds offered. If you joined under a semi-annual or annual promotional offer (like a free month), that incentive is forfeited if you cancel before completing the committed term.

Do I need to sign anything before my first visit?
Yes, to complete your membership you will sign a digital packet that includes the membership agreement and policies, waiver, and code of conduct — all aimed at keeping Club Joyful safe, respectful, and enjoyable for all. We will ask for family members’ names, birthdays, and a few other account specific details.

Can I bring guests?
Absolutely — just reach out to our member support team ahead of time. A Guest Day Pass is $40 (member rate $35) and covers 1 adult and 1 child. Reserved classes are members-only, unless space happens to open up. Guests who convert into members will have their Day Pass credited to their accounts, and a referral bonus will be added to yours. Other guest policies and restrictions may apply.
