Frequently Asked Questions:

  • Yes, we require that each private party get day of event insurance, which costs between $100 - $150 with our preferred insurance partner. It is a very easy, 5 minute process and ensures that if you, a guest or a third party vendor damage the property - you are covered. When a guest backed into our glass windows and caused over $3,000 in damage - trust us, the party host was happy to have insurance. You just never know how wild a arty can get :)

  • We offer a range of entertainers from characters, puppy parties, real life unicorns to magic and bubble shows. Most of the entertainer options are included in the $400 value included in the packages, but some entertainment is an upgrade. Please inquire for a full list of entertainer options.

  • Each party is unique! We will work with you to custom create a craft for your party based on the theme and age of the children.

  • We offer a variety of kid-friendly catering cooked on site at our cafe such as pizza, breakfast burritos, salads, fruit platters etc. Please enquire for our full catering menu.

  • We host private parties on Saturdays starting at 2pm and going into the evening and on Sundays at 10am and 2/3pm.

  • You may add additional party hours for $500/hour to any party package.

  • Parties get exclusive use of our facility, and we only have one party going on at a time. You may use the cafe, greenspace and studio for your event.

  • Yes, as long as they are approved by Club Joyful in advance, and have a professional business license and insurance.
