Parent and Me Soundbath
Slow down, settle in, and share a peaceful moment with your little one in this calming sound bath designed especially for pre-walkers and their grown-ups. Led by Erika Clark, Reiki Master, Mom and founder of Club Joyful, each session combines gentle, baby-safe sound healing with a warm, welcoming space where both babies and parents can simply relax.
Cozy mats, pillows, and blankets are provided—just bring your baby and settle in. Whether your little one naps, wiggles, coos, or needs a cuddle, they're welcome exactly as they are. It's a beautiful opportunity to pause, connect, and leave feeling a little more rested, grounded, and refreshed together.

Purchase a Day Pass ($40) - Pass is valid for 1 adult & 1 child. After purchase, visit the CLUB CALENDAR and reserve the class you wish to attend. Please note, Day Passes can only be purchased and used twice during any 4 week period and class reservations are not guaranteed.
