Parent & Me Baby Group
Baby’s Next Chapter: 4–12 Months
This group is a supportive space for parents and their babies ages 4–12 months to come together, learn, connect, and grow. While you may be past the newborn stage, this period of infancy comes with its own unique joys, challenges, and exciting new discoveries as your baby goes through a series of major developmental leaps.
Led by pediatric occupational therapists Nathalie and Niki, this class provides a unique opportunity for parents to gain a deeper understanding of their baby through weekly topics, discussions, and activities. Facilitators provide a high level of support as parents learn about the next chapter of their baby’s development, get answers to questions along the way, and discover ways to support their growing baby through intentional play.
It’s also a chance to connect with other parents in the same phase of life, share the wins and the challenges, and enjoy some meaningful one-on-one time with your baby.
