Printmaking Workshop for Kids

In this fun, hands-on workshop, kids will explore collagraph printmaking, a playful way to make prints using cut-out foam shapes and cardboard. Inspired by the word collage, a collagraph is made by sticking shapes onto cardboard to create a raised surface, then adding paint or ink to make beautiful prints!

Kids will learn:

•  The basics of collagraph printmaking

• How to design and build your own printing plate using materials like foam sheets and cardboard

• Techniques for inking and printing your collagraph using either printing ink or Acrylic paint

Take-Home Projects:

• Multiple unique prints on paper, perfect for sharing or framing

• A one-of-a-kind printed tote bag to take home and show off!
