Everyone loves to let loose and celebrate at the end of the week. Feel Good Friday is a series of fun events throughout the month, happy hour style, good vibes, music and communal spirit.

Family friendly rave! Multiple DJ’s, multiple rooms and activations, and a whole lot of smiling happy dancing faces. Silent Disco with the kids is a great activity - especially when partnered with Ecstatic Dance LA, the local founders of the movement.

An introduction to gymnasticsbasics - with games and playfulness built in. The kids get the wiggles out while improving their balance and coordination and awareness of body and breath.

An interactive, Spanish and English music class filled with dance, mindfulness magic and fun! 

This playful class introduces young children to the joy of movement through interactive games and imaginative storytelling. Kids will develop coordination, balance, and motor skills plus soccer basics.

Grab a glow stick and get ready to dance to some heart thumping, party tunes that both kids and adults will want to shake their tail feathers to!

Featuring the house band, The Keep Going, with performances from local acts, school bands, kid bands, songwriter showcases, open mics, blues jams. Members who are also musicians are invited to join the Club Joyful Band, performing for community special events.
