Mommy Group
A space to connect, learn what actually matters in your baby’s first year, and exhale.
Let’s be honest, no one tells you how lonely, overwhelming, and wildly uncertain the first year of motherhood can feel. Google is a black hole. Instagram makes it all look easy. And even the well meaning advice from relatives just… doesn’t always land.
That’s where The Mom Group comes in.
Led by Lauren Greeno, child development expert and mom of two. This isn’t your average baby class. Yes, we’ll talk tummy time sleep cycles and tantrums. But more importantly, we’ll decode what’s actually happening beneath your baby’s behavior and how to support their development without burning yourself out in the process.
Each week includes:
Real talk on infant development (0–12 months) without the overwhelm
Support you can feel, from a circle of moms in the same season
Research-backed guidance you can actually use at 2am
Tools to boost connection, confidence, and your baby’s growth
And a community with space to laugh, cry, ask anything, and feel seen
This is the village. This is your reset. This is your reminder: you’re not doing it wrong—you’re just not meant to do it alone.
Spots are limited so we can keep things intimate. Babies welcome.
6 Week Session starting 7/26
Tuesdays at 12:30pm
$199 for the 6 week session or $37 for a drop-in
Reserve your seat and come as you are—spit-up, questions, and all.
