Little and Big Hearts Family Soundbath

A heart-opening sound journey for parents and kids to relax, connect, and restore together through gentle, playful vibrations this magical season.

As we move into Christmas and the New Year, life can feel exciting, magical… and a little hectic. This session is an invitation to pause together as a family, breathe deeply, and nourish your bond before stepping into the celebrations ahead.

Doors open at 7:00 pm, and we’ll begin at 7:15 pm to allow everyone a soft landing and a few quiet moments to settle in.

We’ll journey through calming rhythms with drums, shimmering tones from crystal bowls, delicate chimes, and the deep, harmonizing resonance of the gong. Together, little and big hearts will explore sound as a pathway to peace, creativity, and emotional connection.

Mats, blankets, and pillows will be provided, but feel free to bring water, eye mask, or any cozy item that makes you or your child feel extra held.
