Life Is A Pie Chart
We are often the gatekeepers of our own joy and we don’t realize it. We spend lifetimes doing things we don’t want to do, saying yes when we want to say no and convincing ourselves there is no other way, but that is just not true. Let’s look at how you spend your time versus how you want to spend your time, based on your values. Each one will look different. Your time and energy are finite, so let’s discover how YOU want to live your life.
ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS CLASS YOU WILL:
Create a visual of how you spend your time. Get honest about what you want to be doing and what you don’t. Then make space for the things you want to be doing to create more joy in your life.
Understand what you need when you’re not operating just to please others, not for performance, not for perception, not for external approval, but for the simple joy of being who you are.
Self-Care Is Not Just A Massage
The trick is to make self-care idiosyncratic or unique to you. In this class, we’re going to talk about what it means & looks like for you. How does self-care show up in your life? Learn how to get quiet and curious to learn what you need at any given moment, so you can meet those needs and live the life you want to live.
ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS CLASS YOU WILL:
Learn what self-care actually means. How to do it in a way that resonates and follow through because it’s in alignment with YOU.
Experience a deeper connection with yourself to avoid burnout cycles that only leave you further disconnected.
How You Treat Yourself Matters
We are with ourselves 24/7. Let’s learn why being our own worst critic doesn’t work. Here you will learn what self-compassion looks like and understand what grace feels like when you give it to yourself. Then start to become your own biggest cheerleader and softest place to land. That’s when life really starts to flow!
ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS CLASS YOU WILL:
Begin to rebuild your relationship, you to YOU. Create awareness in your internal dialogue to move from judgmental, critical and unforgiving to giving yourself grace, understanding and support.
Learn that when you are kind to yourself, you begin building trust and safety within yourself, which leads to trust in your knowings, your voice and your choices. This also leads to trust with the people around you and creates safety in your relationships.
How And Why To Journal
Everyone has heard of journaling, but only a few do it effectively. Journaling is a way to cultivate the relationship with yourself, gain clarity and let shit go! It holds space for you to get quiet and curious and supports you in taking aligned action for YOUR life.
ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THIS CLASS YOU WILL:
Learn a handful of different journaling techniques and find a couple that work specifically for YOU.
Figure out your why on journaling and how it can be a supportive practice in your life.
Breathe and Journal
With a small group of up to 8 people, you'll have space to set intentions, journey through breathwork, and share your experience with others. The session includes a 30-35 minute curated breathwork journey, specific class topic, followed by time for journaling, grounding, and group sharing. Come, breathe, and create meaningful connections.
Mats, blankets, journals, and pens are provided.
