Spring Equinox

Join us on this auspicious day of new beginnings, renewal, and rebirth. The medicine wheel commences once again with the arrival of spring. We gather to celebrate nature in all her glory, honoring its cyclical rhythm and the return to movement and light after the stillness and darkness of winter. This is a sacred threshold — a moment of balance — where we consciously step into what is ready to bloom.

We will begin by pausing together, taking gentle breaths and moving softly to dust off the winter season from our bodies and spirits. Through guided reflection and journaling, we will explore where we are coming from and where we feel called to go next.

Then, we will lay upon this beautiful earth to be held and guided through a deeply immersive Sound Journey — envisioning, planting our intentions, and opening our hearts to the new adventure unfolding before us.
