Mommy & Me Nurture and Play

Nurture & Play is a gentle, play-based Mommy & Me group led by a pediatric occupational therapist and mother. Informed by both professional experience and a personal postpartum journey, this group is designed to support babies ages 4–9 months as they explore early developmental milestones through movement, sensory play, and connection.

This offering also creates space for mothers to slow down, connect with one another, and feel supported during the postpartum season, honoring both baby and caregiver in a warm, welcoming environment.

What to Expect:

Each session will include guided, developmentally supportive play, opportunities for bonding, and time for shared reflection and connection with other moms.
